FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • ONE: What is your booking and payment policy?
    Projects are booked on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a spot on my schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your remaining balance will be due upon approval of the final design, and once received, delivery of finalized design files and/or website launch occurs. I accept payment in the form of debit/credit card, bank transfers and paypal. Paypal payyments should be sent to beofgoodcomfort7@gmail.com Please remember to select the option (sending money to friends and family) this way we recieve your full payment.
  • TWO: How soon can I start on my project?
    Due to high demand and only taking a limited amount of clients per month to ensure that adequate time is spent on projects, your project start date will depend on my schedule and the slots that are available when your inquiry is received. I typically have a wait time of 1-2 months and will always note availability in my response to your request.
  • THREE: How will we communicate during my project?
    Email is the preferred method of communication for documentation purposes. If you wish to hop on a call or do a video chat, those options are available upon request and are required to be scheduled. We will also communicate and share design updated through my online project managment system Trillo.
  • FOUR: Do you have set office hours?
    I like to keep a structured schedule and respect my client’s time and my own personal time. My office hours are Monday-Thursday from 10AM - 6PM and Friday 10AM - 4PM. While I may work outside of these hours at times on various projects, those hours are standard. I typically respond to emails within 24-48 business hours and have communication timeframes outlined in the contractual agreement that is signed prior to work beginning on your project.
  • FIVE: "I am not tec savvy at all. How do I go about making updates to my website"?"
    Clients find the Wix content management system that is used to be very user-friendly. All website packages come with a complete instructional guide with step-by-step instructions on how to make basic revisions and updates to your new website. You’ll also receive two weeks of complimentary support, during which time you can schedule an optional training session. If you feel uncomfortable making these changes on your own, you are more than welcome to reach out to me with a maintenance request. Pricing will vary based on the request.
  • SIX: What formats will I receive for my deliverables?
    Logos are delivered in JPEG, PNG, PDF & AID formats. Digital graphics are provided as JPEG or PNG, and are formatted and sized properly for use. Print-ready graphics are designed with the necessary bleed room.
  • SEVEN: Do you handle the printing of my project?
    It’s completely optional, but I do LOVE when clients ask us to oversee the printing of their items! I can utilize my expertise and network of trusted vendors to ensure that the job gets done right and showcases the designs I've created in the best way possible. There is an additional fee for this service and I'm happy to provide you with a custom quote based upon your specific printing needs. Book A Project Here.
  • EIGHT: What is your availibility?
    Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. Because of the high volume of emails I receive, please allow me 24 to 48 hours to reply. Projects are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Because I am typically booked two months in advance, I only work with a limited number of clients. If you have a preferred project completion date, it's best that you contact me.
  • NINE: What do you do with the proceeds from your resource shop?
    100% of the funds made through our shop go towards our local and international philanthrapy endevors. Each year Be of Good Comfort and it's founder participate in Humanitarian work, out reach and missionary work in our local community as well as in South and Central America. We take great joy in giving back and your contribution allows us to countinue to fund these efforts and serve those in need.
  • TEN: What is your refund policy?
    Do to the digital nature. All digital files are non refundable. If a custom design service is canceled or terminated for any reason the 50% deposit is non refundable. No exceptions. Refund policy clearly stated in your Client Agreement Package.
